The hostel is located in one of the historic homes built sometime between 1899 and 1901. It appears on the tax rolls in 1901 as a completed structure. Ask about its history and previous owners. It is located at 456 Third Avenue, which is just over a block from the historic district. The ferry terminal is about a ten minute walk, the airport terminal is less. Most buses will drop you at the door and the major bus company stops at a hotel two blocks away. We have a comfortable commons area, kitchen and laundry facilities. Fluent trail hiker is spoken here and the latest information on Chilkoot trail conditions is available.
